I had a fantastic stay at this apartment in the heart of the city. The location was perfect, as it was right in the center of the old town. It was very close to many good restaurants and sites of interest, making it easy to explore everything this city has to offer. Despite its central location, the apartment was surprisingly quiet, thanks to the triple glazing.

It's an exceptionally clean property, great stay with many excellent suggestions about what to see and do during our short stay. The location is amazing, close to Archaeological Museum Zadar.

Amazing Location: The apartment is right in the heart of Zadar's charming Old Town, surrounded by remnants of Roman and Venetian history. It's like stepping back in time, with the streets lined with marble and the Sea Organ just steps away. Home Away from Home: The apartment had everything a visitor could need, from a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table to a flat-screen TV with satellite channels. It even had a private bathroom with shower and a hairdryer in each unit. Free WiFi and Bar: Luka Residence Apartments offered free WiFi, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay. Plus, having a bar on-site was a great convenience for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

Key Pickup Coordination: The process of getting the keys was a bit challenging. I had to call the manager and coordinate my arrival to meet and obtain the keys.

The location in the center of the old town is fantastic. The apartment is spotless and has lots of little extras. The host is helpful with recommendations. a brilliant experience. Will definitely visit again.

This apartment was absolutely mind-blowing! It was spotless and felt like a jaw-dropping 5-star hotel. The location was perfect on the main street, yet surprisingly quiet with GREAT soundproofing. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the high-quality amenities made our stay even better. Ivan, the owner, was a true gentleman and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The little extras like tea, coffee, biscuits, and his own grown figs were a delightful touch. He even provided endless clean towels and changed the bedding every three days. Ivan's helpfulness extended beyond the apartment - he collected us from the airport and arranged our return journey. We highly recommend this apartment and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else if we visit in the future.

The location here is amazing and so close to The Forum.

The apartment at Luka Residence Apartments 1 had everything we needed for our family. The fully equipped kitchen and dining area allowed us to prepare and enjoy meals together. We loved the comfortable sofa and dining area, perfect for relaxing and spending quality time together. The private bathroom with shower and hairdryer in each unit made getting ready in the morning hassle-free. It was great to have a safety deposit box in our unit to store our belongings. The ironing facilities and desk in each unit were a convenient bonus.

Personally, I found the microwave in the kitchen to be a bit small, but others might still find it quite useful.

The apartment location is superb, bright and spacious with two smart TVs. The triple glazed doors keep it quiet. Ivan is an excellent and helpful host who arranges airport collection. The kitchen is well equipped and there are complimentary drinks. It's the most central location and just a few minutes from the beach.
